Counselling Services Glasgow
'Let's talk: Let's listen!'
Strong relationships; resilient lives
We offer what is known as "short-term counselling". This means that on average most of our clients find they have been substantially helped after meeting with a counsellor for between 8 and 10 sessions. Sometimes it takes longer to support you if you need to resolve more complex issues. If appropriate, we can also help you to find additional specialized help.
Powerful feelings such as stress and anxiety can have a deep effect on you and everyone around you.
